What's Straight out the Fridge?

It's a collection of recipes that I wing together throught a combination of prior cooking knowledge, past recipes, and whatever happens to be in the fridge that day. Obviously I won't put some leftover I just heated up on here, but whenever I make something with the right mixure of elegance and on the fly thinking, I'll probably put it on here.
